What type of information do we have
We currently collect and process the following information:

Those who are awarded a franchise - for the duration of the franchise agreement then up to 4 years post-exit.
For those who are not awarded a franchise, information is held for 1-year post-decision unless the application is resubmitted.

We stand firmly against profiting from the sale of data to third party companies and therefore do not share nor sell your data. We will only disclose your data if we are required to do so by law (for example, in order to prevent fraud or if we are ordered to do so by a court).

How we store your information
Your information is securely stored in EEA servers.
The category of information we keep and the period we keep it for is outlined above. After the time of retention has expired, we will dispose of your information by deleting electronic information from our servers or by shredding paper records*.
*We strive to operate a paperless business, but on occasion, some forms will be provided in paper format.
